Cross training.... 30 minutes
Food.... TERRIBLE
Water... I'm can feel my lips cracking as I write this.
I definitely have some work to do.. but its only day 2. I can try to focus on my food and water better tomorrow. I also get to do another 2 miler tomorrow. :)
